Publishing Fees and Withdrawal Policy
First: Publishing Fees
• Libyan researchers: 500 Libyan Dinars (for one or two researchers).
• Researchers from other countries: 100 US Dollars.
• The researcher receives a "Certificate of Review Result" before publication, and then receives a "Publication Certificate in PDF and JPG format" after the issue is released. The journal also allows the issuance of a certificate or statement in English or separate certificates and statements for each researcher, for an additional fee.
• The researcher can obtain a printed review document and publication certificate with signature and live stamp, provided they cover the DHL express mail fees. Multiple researchers from the same country can share the same shipment.

The aforementioned fees cover the following:

  • Professional Peer-Review Management.

  • Spell-checking and Linguistic Proofreading.

  • Indexing in Academic Databases.

  • Long-term Digital Archiving.

Digital Deliverables:

  • Pre-Publication: The researcher receives a "Statement of Peer-Review Results" upon acceptance.

  • Post-Publication: A "Digital Publication Certificate" is provided in (PDF and JPG) formats once the issue is officially released.
