Abstract

The Study concluded that place is a dundamental element in Andalusian poetry,Where it symbolizes longing and yearning dor the homeland ,and is considered a symbol od memory and history,the spatial symbols in Andalusian poetry express emotions and ideas and add a newdimension to understanding Andalusian poetry,and places are the real symbols that poets can give a sensory character and aspace that expresses what happened in Andalusia,wedind in the visions,ideas,and orientations of poets and writers moments of loss longing for the host homeland,and depict it with a series of events that carry within them the pain andsorrow of losing it and the longing for it,the interconnection between the political and religious structure is evident in many poetic works  hence ,poets employed religion in lamenting the Andalusian cities when they faii to the Crusaders,attributing it to sins and being preoccupied with worldly life instead of religion .
